1) Graduation Deadlines--> Students need to have EVERYTHING completed by November 23 in order for it to count for fall graduation. If a student completes the course after the 23rd, we can no longer guarantee the course will be posted in time for graduation.
2) Orion calls--> You should have already signed up for a time and completed this. If you haven't, sign up for a time ASAP and work with Kelcie so you can get this done.
3) Proctor notes--> Make sure you ALWAYS go over the notes in a proctor's file. Sometimes, learning centers are not approved for university level courses, so you always need to make sure! We've run into some problems with this in the past.
4) Military Tuition Assistance--> We CAN accept tuition assistance from those in the Army, National Guard, or the Air Force. We CANNOT accept tuition assistance forms from the Navy, US Coastguard, or the Marines.
5) Extractions--> Make sure you're getting them done in a timely manner.
6) Requesting exams--> International exams CANNOT be sent express. There's is a $20 international airmail fee associated with international exams (which also includes Canada). When you are requesting an international exam, mark it as you would an exam being sent one way express, but remember to include the country in the address. Also, we can't send expressed exams to FPO/APO or PO boxes.
7) Accommodation exams--> We enter in the proctor information but we don't request the exams. We send an email to Ariel Cannon in testing to get the exams with accommodations sent out. It can take a few extra days in order to put everything together, depending on the accommodations the student has.
Also, Erik has treat duty and Jordan has beverage duty.
Thanks for being awesome, Minions!
